Lunch is served! Slicing into this unique 125gm roll reveals a delicious surprise… whorls of mature cheddar cheese, lightly sautéed onion and fresh herbs. This substantial roll makes for an instant meal. It's a taste sensation… the tangy cheese is balanced with naturally sweet onion, parsley and chives. The fresh herbs are grown in our own polytunnel outside the Risen bakery. Enjoy these rolls on their own, or served with tomatoes and your favourite salad leaves.
Ingredients: organic strong white flour, organic semi-skimmed milk, vegetarian mature cheddar, organic onions, organically grown herbs, dried Mediterranean herbs, yeast, salt, organic sunflower oil
