Risen Bakery Wholemeal

This substantial, wholesome loaf has a full and nutty taste. It is made with a nutritious and healthy mix of wholemeal stoneground and wholemeal flour in equal proportions. It doesn't crumble when cut, and it can be enjoyed as sandwiches or toast. Especially good with smoked salmon and plenty of lemon juice.

Ingredients: organic wholemeal stoneground flour, organic wholemeal flour, organic semi-skimmed milk, yeast, salt, organic sunflower oil
